What are Mission Pathways' products?
We have designed a modular, integrated application. The three modules are:
Encounter: our initial module helps you manage Alpha©, ChristLife™ and similar evangelization experiences while providing the structure to build profiles for the individual’s faith journey.
Grow: support group leaders and key volunteers to coordinate small groups, as well as provide the opportunity to continue to track the individual spiritual path.
Inform: communicate parish health as it relates to discipleship and evangelization initiatives. Inform has the added benefit of applying these metrics to the individual level; delivering insight into trends and identifying which processes are working, and which need improvement.
Why use the Mission Pathways Suite?
Through our own faith journeys and in speaking to many who are in Discipleship and Evangelization programs at churches across the U.S., we recognize how important yet difficult it is to encourage and manage discipleship and evangelism. We’ve listened, brainstormed, and assessed how Mission Pathways can assist leaders in their efforts, and that is why we have designed and developed our integrated modular application to enhance the discipleship and evangelism programs at your church. Each module is designed to facilitate flexible management of sessions, retreats, and small group experiences as well as equipping leaders with the tools needed to guide and mentor individuals throughout their faith journey. See: What are Mission Pathways’ products? for more detailed information.
Pricing and Payment
How is the software billed?
Mission Pathways offers its modules as a subscription on either a monthly or annual basis. Forms of payment accepted are: Credit card or echeck. To pay via echeck, Mission Pathways will require the following information: your bank routing number, your bank account number (typically a checking account), and the name on your bank account.
What is the price?
Our software price is based on the number of registered families (Catholic) or Total Weekly Attendance (non-Catholic). It is a software subscription that can be purchased monthly or annually. Please fill out the contact form with the number of families or attendance, and we will quickly reply with a price for your church. For example, a Catholic parish with 1,000 registered families would pay just $1.00 per family per year.
What if I manage evangelization and discipleship processes for more than one church?
Our software is licensed per entity (e.g. church, diocese, designated collaborative) as defined on the Order Form. Users per entity are unlimited; additional permissions can be set by the designated Administrator identified by each entity. See How many logins does the subscription include? for more detail.
Am I locked into a contract?
You can cancel at any time at the end of your billing period for monthly or annual subscriptions.
How many logins does the subscription include?
Each software subscription includes unlimited users from your organization/entity, including all staff, volunteers, church members, visitors and others you designate as users.
Are there different user permission/access levels?
We have designed the software to be accessible dependent on user permissions, ranging from Administrator level (Read/Write/Delete) to Read Only levels.
Once I subscribe, how long before I can use the software?
Once a Mission Pathways team member provides access to the subscribed module(s) on your system and designates a System Administrator, you can start using it immediately. After understanding your specific organization’s structure and assigned roles and responsibilities, we will help you identify the most suitable individual in your organization to be assigned the Administrator permission level. This designated individual will have full Read/Write/Edit/Delete capabilities for your organization’s data in the Mission Pathways system, including the ability to assign other user privileges. This will provide all the flexibility you need to start creating sessions, retreats and groups. Based on the permission levels assigned by your organization’s Administrator, system users will be able to access specific experiences and/or personal profiles and other designated areas of each module to input and update as necessary.
Do I need special equipment?
Any computer that has access to the internet can run Mission Pathways software. We recommend the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Chrome.
Is the software compatible with my current Church Management software?
To save you time and to avoid building a separate silo of information, we have identified several ChMS vendors with which API integration would be advantageous. Our current API integration includes ParishSOFT® and more will be added soon. For more information, contact us at email@example.com.
What is the system down-time?
Our software runs on Amazon Web Services. We employ the latest in system up-time monitoring, redundancy, and we exercise standard reasonable efforts to make our online services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After an update, the application does not look like the images from the System Update email. What can I do?
Our application has been designed to update your browser automatically whenever we deploy new features. However, if this does not occur and you are not seeing an updated screen, hit Ctrl + F5 to refresh your view.
